GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PRAGENSES TOUR
TOUR PRAGENSES , PRAGENSES s.r.o. acts as an intermediary between transport companies , hotels , or any other provider or particular person etc and passengers , but is not responsible for delays , accidents , losses, damages , injuries or other incidents . The responsibility is limited to the price per person for the service provided by TOUR PRAGENSES.
Transportation : passengers are covered exclusively by compulsory third party insurance, according to the norms of the European community.
It is the responsibility of each passenger carrying a valid passport , endowed with all visa requirements . The TOUR PRAGENSES disclaims all responsibility in the event that the passenger is deported for failing to meet any of the requirements or abnormalities in your passport.

Transportation in tourist bus with air - conditioning according to the itinerary; accommodation in the hotel according to you tour, fees and hotel taxes , buffet breakfast , transfer to and from the airport (depending of the tour), English speaking, city tours with English speaking guide and everything what is detailed in the itinerary as included.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
In general , any services not listed as included : airfare, airport taxes , taxis, visas, gratuities of any kind , half board , drinks , cancellation insurance and theft of documents / luggage , extras in hotels, in addition to the entries to museums , monuments , and other visited points.
START AND END OF OUR SERVICES
The service provided by TOUR PRAGENSES , PRAGENSES s.r.o. is exclusively land service only.
Begins at the time the passenger gets the first service of our company (always after border and customs procedures ) and ends at the time the passenger gets the last service provided ( shuttle , breakfast, or what corresponds ...., according to the itinerary - purchased service ) .
The PRAGENSES TOUR can not assume any responsibility for circumstances arising from services not provided by our company , such as problems that may arise at customs / border overbooking in air travel , flight connections , loss of flights, baggage loss or damage , strike , bombings , theft, etc. mismatches .
In booking service " FIT " ( custom programming ) , on numerous occasions there are meeting points , determined by the locations of the different hotels where begins the tour or acquired circuits suppliers . The transfers to these points from your hotel are not included . It is very important that the passenger controls on your voucher certifying the place and time of departure of the tour acquired .
Is alowed to carry one piece of luggage of medium size for free, with a maximum weight of 30 kg per person . Excess baggage will be accepted if the capacity of the vehicle permits, with extra payment of 3.50 € per suitcase per day, which may not always be accepted by the guide or the person responsible .
If the baggage exceeds the carrying capacity of the vehicle, the traveler will have to leave a part of your luggage in a locker automatic ( eg at the airport ) .

The hotels listed in the programs are subject to change . In the case that TOUR PRAGENSES has to change the reservation , due to overbooking in the hotels, passengers will be accommodated in similar hotels in the same category and price.
After receiving full payment for the reservation for individual passengers ( City Packages , travel by train , etc. . ) The TOUR PRAGENSES agency will send the vouchers by email. The passengers should present the vouchers in the hotels, restaurants, or to the guides. In case of issuing their own voucheres , the voucher must include the following note : "reservation and payment by TOUR PRAGENSES "

Failure to meet this important requirement, gives all rights to TOUR PRAGENSES not to accept the passenger at the time of submission. For payments made by credit card ( Mastercard , Visa, Visa electron , DinnersClub ) to PRAGENSES TOUR charge an additional 4 % of the total value of services rendered . The fees for payments made via bank transfer are paid by the passenger .
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to PRAGENSES TOUR . The cancellation charges are: ( cost per person of the total amount per passenger ) *

- Cancellation of 7 days to 3 days before arrival 50 %
- Cancellation 72 hours or less prior to arrival 95 %

CHANGES IN YOUR RESERVATION
Changes in reserves that were previously confirmed ( dates of arrival or departure , changes in the travel ... ) and occurred before the start of the trip will be subject to a penalty of € 50. The PRAGENSES TOUR and its suppliers assume no responsibility for injury , death , loss or delay caused by any person related to travel or because of any event outside the control of the tour operator , is loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings personal , caused by the negligence , defect , war , hostilities , civil disturbances ( insurance recommended ) . The PRAGENSES TOUR reserves the right to suspend any or all tours ; shall have the right to refuse to accept any of the passengers on the tour or change the itinerary of the same , whenever it deems appropriate , for the welfare and safety of all passengers .

In the TOUR PRAGENSES programs is not included travel insurance . We recommend hiring this service in their country of origin before starting the journey . Your travel agency will offer you information about it.
The PRAGENSES TOUR is not responsible and will not accept reclamations in the case of misunderstanding
(disagreement) between prices and oral and written information .
If any noncompliance arise regarding our program, TOUR PRAGENSES asks inform our escort or co-head , or call us on our emergency phone that can handle seek a solution as quickly as possible to problem, so even a hand written note that indicates noncompliance is required.
